BU1 制程品質 (Yield Rate). 影響 Yield Rate 主要有以下機種 : ※ 6/21 150 站全部導入不可重測 , 導致 NDF 不良* 1723PCS . 不良比例 :1723/387373,  改善措施 :1). 測試治夾具等全部做更換處理 ,6/28 完成 ;2).ATE 測試程式中 5V/3.3V/12V/5VS 滿載時電壓做補償 15mV.6/27 完成 ;3).MFG 對測試站人員進行持續的教育訓練 , 減少作業因素導致的 NDF.6/22 開始切入 .

  1. BU1 制程品質(Yield Rate) 影響Yield Rate主要有以下機種: ※6/21 150站全部導入不可重測,導致NDF不良*1723PCS .不良比例:1723/387373, 改善措施:1).測試治夾具等全部做更換處理,6/28完成;2).ATE測試程式中5V/3.3V/12V/5VS滿載時電壓做補償15mV.6/27完成;3).MFG對測試站人員進行持續的教育訓練,減少作業因素導致的NDF.6/22開始切入. ※PC1001-240G/PCA246-020G等營暢輸入座不良導致漏電流偏高,廠內加嚴到5UA,導致NDF*1072 PCS. 不良比例:1072/367501, 改善措施:1).臨時:DC測試機種H/P程式加嚴到5UA測試,5/26全部切入;2).長期:營暢更換同錫絲同廠商的助焊濟製作新料生產交康舒,5/30開始切入;3).6/11新投產品切入蓋章區分,WIP仍使用加嚴程式測試;4).6/13全面恢復加嚴前的程式作業. ※LTC002 系列機種的燒錄程式變更. 因燒錄程式變更LTC002 系列機種半成品,不良修理品需要重工用新的程式燒錄,FCT測試要修改測試範圍還沒調到好.半成品已涂防潮漆,FCT測試點被蓋住導致NDF不良*835PCS, 不良比例:835/62727,改善措施:1).測試治夾具等全部做更換探針處理,已完成;2).對產線人員進行教育訓練減少作業因素導致的NDF,已切入.3). FCT測試程式已變更好,已切入. ※AD9043-020G VR1失調*460PCS,不良比例:460/205270,原因:INI測試用的工業電腦用久后,反應速度變慢,導致負載切換時,中間有吃空載現象,程式Cover不到轉態,使不良流致FUN1,改善措施:TE將電腦更新后,經追蹤已無此不良.
