  3. Political system: I have chosen a presidential republic where the power of the President is restricted by the Parliament

  4. The head of State: In my opinion the president must be the head of State, because he is democratically elected by the people.

The traits of a successful politician: • A politician should be risky. • A politician should be tolerant. • A politician should be popular. • A politician should be hardworking. • A politician should be pliable. • A politician should have a mind ready to turn according to the winds of fortune.

  8. In my State the legislative branch of power is divided into: the Council the Senate Parliament This institutions are made by 2 representatives from each federal subject. This institutions consists of 50 members. Elected by people • Makes laws • Discusses political problems • Examines and revises bills • Can delay bills for one year

  10. The executive branch headed by The Government elected by people

  11. The judicial branch of power : The Supreme Court

The Bill of Rights : • The state shall have good social programs covering people's healthcare, nature, education etc. • The main goal of the government must be every person's happiness. • The State must secure equality of the all citizens. • The country shell guarantees all people's rights. • The state should have good economic program.

People shall do what they want within the framework of law. • People shall rule the country through their representatives. • People shall say what they think and live in any place they choose. • They shall elect the head of the state. • Every person shall nave the right to equal protection under the law. • All shall follow the law (constitution).

All shall have free to write to the government if they don’t approve of their public actions and want to correct wrongs. • All people shall have the freedom of press, the right to write, publish and read anything they wish. • All shall have the right to petition the government about the problems.

How It works : • My imaginary state won’t have private property. • The family is a main force in my state. • Each person is involved in definite activity, business, craft and all the final product is given to the society. • The working day lasts 6 hours. • Education is available to every member of the society. • The public halls are open for the grown ups where everybody will take up the activity, hobby he/she likes.
