  4. Organizational structure and revenue • There is a close relationship between organization structure and revenue. • It facilitates management action • Proper delegation of authority. • The effective communication helps in increasing productivity, which results in revenue generation.

  5. Changes in the organizational structure • The organization should adopt flat structure. • The roles and responsibilities should be increased. • The reason for conflict should be identified. • The ideas of new managers should be welcomed.
