  3. Forms • If you have turned in all forms Thank you! • Please get all form packets back to me as soon as possible.

  4. Flight Information • Meet at airport 3 Hours prior to departure: 3:00pm on March 17th

  5. Rooming • Adult participants are automatically assigned to twin accommodations. Participants age 19 and under are considered students and are automatically assigned to triples or quads, and therefore do not need to be included on this rooming list.  All student rooming will be assigned on tour. • Students (19 and under) who wish to room in twin accommodations will be charged an additional $30 per hotel night = $150.00 • Adult participants who request a single room upgrade will be charged the single room supplement of $40 per night $200.00 • Family Rooms can be made up of 2 students and 1 adult or 1 student and 2 adults.  There cannot be 3 adults or 3 students assigned to a family room.

  6. Money/Tipping • Envelope For Tipping (Can be in American or European money) • Spending Money – 50 pounds, 50 Euros • SEALED Emergency Money Envelope • Recommendation: Debit Card

  7. Phones/Wifi • Wifi will be available, but can be spotty • Skype, WhatsAPP free on Smartphones/tablets • Phones available through EF website

  8. Bags/Wallets/Locks • Pick Pockets • Ladies – Recommend Crossover bag • Gentleman – Passport Wallet • Travel Locks

  9. Engagement • Students: • Research one place you would possibly want to go to during free time in London • Research one place you would want to go during free time in London • Bring to our next meeting with a reason why you want to visit these places for a chance to go there during free time!
