  3. Introduction We are living in a world, where the word Peace is very important and MUST mean everything. That’s why The CASINO du LIBAN and bee Events and PR withdecided to go for a special evening event, using the white and olive, both symbol s of peace. Generalities This event will take place every year The final date for 2011 will be the 14th of October All over the world, a peace day, have been declared by the United Nation in the resolution A/RES/55/282 .this period is as well the period of the Olive harvest. Awareness • At the press conference, which will take place in September all sponsors will be invited to meet the medias. • By being partner in this event you will show your interest to promote peace in Lebanon • Special packages for partners can be developed • All incomes related to the tombola will go for children of war handicapped or orphan associations. Some Details & Scripts • About 500 guests will attend as follows • 300 Guests Invited by the Casino du Liban • - 50 Platinum guests • 100 Guests for individual small sponsors • 50 VIPs Guests for bee Events &PR • We will invite, the representative ambassador of the United nations, the five ambassadors of the countries permanent members at the United Nations • All Guests will have to be dressed in casual white Next Nourishing Brand Relationships Events & PR Back to summary

  10. Technical details All Branding around the dinner area, and in the venue , can be arranged, but cannot be done without the approval by the organizer and his decorator team. All backgrounds of any branding must be white and only a logo can be put no pictures or slogan or ads. Visits on site can be organized with your advertising or PR agency. Technical details • All technical details for panels, brochures, trees branding etc…will be given by bee Events and PR to the sponsors by First 10 days of September • Sponsors will have to provide bee Events and PR with all technical materials for the brochures and printing matters between the 10th and 20th of September • Production costs of panels and branding on site will have to be paid by the sponsors • Our partner for all panels production and other branding on site is Printworks CONFIRMATIONS by SPONSORS MUST BE DONE BY END AUGUST Nourishing Brand Relationships Events & PR Back to summary

PLATINUM Package 30.000USD • The Event will carry your brand name • “ Final Title will be defined with the organizers ” • You will be allocated 5 tables for 50 guests for the diner free of charge • Your logo in the center of the backdrop of the press conference scheduled for beginning June 2011.
