Activist Group (“Culture Jammers”). • - Practice “identity correction”: pretending to be powerful people and • spokespersons for prominent organizations and then revealing what they believe • to be the actual ideology held be said organizations, otherwise hidden by public • spin. These actions are often expressed as “dream scenarios” for anti- • globalization movements and those who oppose corporate crime. • - Methods of dissemination of their views have included fake websites and news- • papers, phony press-conferences, television appearances/interviews, etc. Most • of these actions are subsequently included in their docu/”mocku”mentary films • and/or internet websites. The two leaders of the group often utilize a variety of aliases and alter-egos.

  3. JACQUE SERVIN (a.k.a. Andy Bichlbaum): • - Co-founder of RTMark (As Ray Thomas). • Former MAXIS employee.* • Author of two books of short stories, published • with FC2. • He teaches as a assistant professor in subversion • at Parsons The New School for Design in NYC. • *Servin was fired from MAXIS after secretly inserting code into the game SimCopter • that caused crowds of men in swim suits to appear on certain days and kiss each • other. This was not known until after the game’s initial launch.

  4. IGOR VAMOS (a.k.a. Mike Bonanno): • Born April 15, 1968. • Internationally known multimedia artist. • Associate professor of media arts at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. • Co-founder of RTMark. • Recipient of a 2003 Guggenheim Fellowship. • An early successful project was the “Barbie Liberation Organization,” • where Vamos & company purchased 300 Barbie dolls and G.I. JOEs, • switched their voice-boxes, and returned them to stores.
