  2. Matthew 5:5-7 Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.7 Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy

  3. Blessed are the meek (v.5) Meek or meekness can also be described as humble.
