  2. I’m a Real Painter! kidstimes.net April, 2009 Do you think a dog can draw apicture? It’s hard to imagine, right? Surprisingly, however, there really is a dog that can paint! A 3-year-old dog named Ziggy loves painting. He lives in California with his owner Elizabeth Monacelli. This amazing dog is the smallest artist in the world! “My dog began painting about 3 years ago after Iencouraged him to pick up a paintbrush,” said Elizabeth. “Ziggy is a ‘true’ artist.” JFT2-AN-090424 2

  3. He usually paints for about 20 minutes at a time. Then, he sits in front of his painting and wags his tail as if he admires his own work. Ziggy’s paintings will even be displayed at art shows in many cities in October. On June 19, his original paintings will be auctioned off in LA.
