    Slide 3:Where are we now? 3 plans delivered. Autumn 09 currently being delivered. Spring 2010 submitted to Sport England. 3 to go. Next window of opportunity is for Summer 2010. ( Planning deadline Jan 31st)

    Slide 6:KPIs: Year 1, Retain target 3453. Achieved 61% (2090) Year 2 Summer Term Retain Target 2,190. Achieved 1,398 (64%)

    Slide 8:Conclusions Retention rate slightly below national average overall but surpassing nat.average in Year 2 so far. Year 7 & 8 have the worst drop off rate. Achievement of KPI target below Nat. Av. (69% > 61%) Summer term drop in throughput (7% vs. 34% nationally)

    Slide 11:Beds FA + Futsal Project Aim: To develop Futsal and use as a tool to engage Girls not currently involved in sport. Link to activity at local club 6 x Upper Schools 10 week programme, coaching and competitive opportunities. Engage with Leadership Academies Central Venue competition SCL project. Sport Unlimited will meet the cost of equipment into schools and fund the cost of coaches for 10 weeks

    Slide 12:Rounders: STAR Centres Aim: To create a series of centres with a Rounders focus. (Coach Ed, Centre of Excellence, Community Club, Development of Indoor Game) 4 x Locations so far. Sport Unlimited will fund the cost of a 10 week indoor pilot to kickstart the centre + initial outlay on equipment and coaching

    Slide 13:Dunstable Squash Club Aim: To raise the profile of the club and increase recruitment. ( 7 court facility) Sport Unlimited is funding a rolling 10 week programme across Luton and Dunstable.. 8 sessions in school using mobile wall, 2 @ club. Progress: *Mill Vale programme complete. V. Positive response, 12 YP attended Club Festival. *Houghton Middle due to commence. Level 2 coaches. 2 >4.
