Enhancing Student-Teacher Interactions for Improved Learning Outcomes

On September 13, 2006, we committed to fundamentally improving the quality of interactions between teachers and students to foster critical thinkers prepared for a diverse society. By concentrating on student performance and implementing coherent strategies across districts, we aim to bolster classroom instruction. Our mantra is “Improved learning for each child, each teacher, each administrator—no exceptions, no excuses.” Continuous assessment of student growth and educational strategies will guide our efforts to enhance proficiency in language arts and mathematics while reducing dropout rates and suspension rates.
