  3. Purposes/Goals • Share knowledge, skills, and efforts with member firms • Encourage innovation, quality and productivity • Create an effective research, development, and training community • Build face-to-face and electronic communication with and between members

  6. Initiatives All CMISS members are invited to submit proposals for research or development

  7. Membership • Annual dues:$5,000 per calendar year • Board of Directors composed of five representatives from member’s firm: - CIO or equivalent - Senior MIS staff - Corporate recruiter
