  1. INTRODUCING…GWEN FARRIS Parts Manager/Dispatcher Gwen’s experience in the Parts Department began 33 years ago when she came to Arkansas from the Big Island of Hawaii. Gwen’s first job was with a Taylor Distributor. She has a vast knowledge of our industry and enjoys assisting customers with their needs. Gwen also has 5 years experience as a Service Manager in the Taylor Distributor Network. Gwen is committed to providing a professional, timely response to all our customers whether it be related to parts or service. She works closely with our service technicians as the front-line to our customers when they are experiencing problems. Gwen subscribes to Lane Commercial Equipment Company’s mission of being the number one provider of quality equipment, parts, service and support for all our valued customers and this shows in her daily efforts.
