Request to Council • Develop and implement Sooke Off-Highway Vehicle Regulation • Bylaw as enabled in the 2010 OCP • Direct staff to issue a stop work order on the park development • at Harbourview until a rezoning application has been approved • Use Sooke’s municipal autonomy over Harbourview to motivate • the CRD to facilitate backcountry access • Direct staff to contact David Byng, CIO, Western Forest Products • to move forward discussion about access via Clark Road
