  3. The role of parents in the education of their children cannot be overestimated. ~ Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund

  4. Studentlearning is an ongoing team effort.

  5. It isn’t limited to the classroom - it continues after the final bell.

  6. Research shows that learning improves when families are a part of the process

  7. and that parent-child interactions and patterns of family life affect learning.

  8. When help is needed, knowing where to look might not always be clear.
