Taking some time out for yourself during the day is important and there's a lot one can do to take care of the physical self but what about the spiritual self? To live a thriving life we need to foster our spiritual self as well. There's a possibility that you're engaged in some of them already but now you know that these can rejuvenate your spiritual self too and this awareness will make a difference.

Digital Detox- Keep your gadgets away for some time. Be in nature- Go for a stroll and surround yourself with greenery.
Scent- Try candles, incense sticks and make your own space. Journal- Write down your thoughts and emotions for a few minutes.
