Definizione. Porpora angiopatica (vasculite) IgA-mediata dovuta ad una alterazione di tipo infiammatorio (allergico ?) dell'endotelio delle arteriole piu' piccole, sia della cute che dei visceri.. Sinonimi: Sindrome di Schonlein(1837)-Henoch(1868), Porpora reumatoide o allergica o anafilattoide, Vasculite allergica.
