  3. تاريخ مجاميع الدم • ظلت عملية نقل الدم تشكل خطراً على حياة المرضى حتى عام 1901م. • فكان العديد من المرضى يحدث لهم تلاصق في كريات الدم بين دم الشخص المعطي والشخص الواهب. • قام العالمAustrian Karl Landsteiner باكتشاف مجاميع الدم ومنذ ذلك الحين أصبح نقل الدم أكثر أمناً من السابق .

  4. مجاميع الدم ABO blood grouping system According to the ABO blood typing system there are four different kinds of blood types: A, B, AB or O.

  5. ماهي الاختلافات بين مجاميع الدم • تختلف فصائل الدم على حسب وجود أو غياب جزي بروتيني على سطح كرية الدم الحمراء يسمى الانتجين وجزء آخر سابح في البلازما يسمى الجسم المضاد . • تعتمد مجموعة الدم للشخص على ما اكتسبه من مورثات من والديه . • توجد ثلاث مورثات لتوريث مجموعة الدم

  6. AUTOSOMAL CHROMOSOME The alleles for Blood group are in the same place on the chromosome 9. However the genes have a different code giving the different blood group A,B,O A B Mustafa Sara one alleles from Mustafa and one from Sara.

  9. Blood group AIf you belong to the blood group A, you have A antigens on the surface of your RBCs and B antibodies in your blood plasma.   10. Blood group O If you belong to the blood group O you have neither A or B antigens on the surface of your RBCs but you have both A and B antibodies in your blood plasma. Blood group AB If you belong to the blood group AB, you have both A and B antigens on the surface of your RBCs and no A or B antibodies at all in your blood plasma.

  12. عامل الريسس The Rhesus (Rh) System • يعتمد نوع فصيلة الدم موجبة أو سالبة على وجود جزئ بروتيني على كرية الدم الحمراء أو عدمه. • وفي حين يكون الجزئ البروتيني موجود يكون جسم مضاد سابح في البلازما. • فيوجد نوعين من فصائل الدم على اساس وجود عامل الريسس مجموعة دم موجبة ومجموعة دم سالبة فإما أن تكون Rh + أو Rh-

  14. A person with Rh- blood can develop Rh antibodies in the blood plasma if he or she receives blood from a person with Rh+ blood, whose Rh antigens can trigger the production of Rh antibodies. • A person with Rh+ blood can receive blood from a person with Rh- blood without any problems.

  16. الأدوات . عينة الدم (نقاط دم) أبر وخز مسحات طبية معقمة ثلاث أنواع للكواشف وهي عباره عن Anti-A Anti-B Anti-D شريحة زجاجية خاصة لفحص الدم وعود للتحريك

  17. خطوات العمل • يعقم طرف الأصبع بالمسحة الطبية. • يوخز بالابره. • توضع ثلاث نقاط دم على الشريحة المخصصة للفحص. • توضع الكواشف على نقاط الدم ثم تحرك بعود . • نلاحظ أين حدث تلاصق للدم
