  6. Areas of specialization There are three areas of specialization within the program. Students are expected, within the first trimester, to select one of the following three areas of specialization: Hospitality and Tourism Management General Management Sport Management

  19. Roles of Thesis advisor and co-advisor Main advisor takes the prime responsibility of the supervision. Co-supervisor is optional. Advisor and co-advisor notify the roles of each of them to the student. It is advisable that both main and co-supervisor are present each time if possible when they meet to advise the student. Students are required to meet supervisor/co-supervisor at least once a month.

Thesis/Minor thesis Progress meeting Start when you register for thesis/minor thesis (2nd Trimester) Take place every trimester A committee of at least 3 members (consisting of your advisor and co-advisor and other internal lecturers) is set up to assess the thesis/minor thesis progress. Average marks will result in “P” for the following credits (if registered for 10 credits).

  24. Etiquette No slippers, please Please wear smart casual (especially when studying with guest lecturers) Study hard and manage your time wisely Put your study the first priority and you will graduate ON TIME
