OSMA Quality Assurance Standards Status • NASA-STD-2201-93, Software Assurance Standard • SMA review of draft revision A complete • Comment dispositions in process • NASA-STD-8739.1, Workmanship Standard for Staking and Conformal Coating of Printed Wiring Boards and Electronic Assemblies / NASA-STD-8739.2, NASA Workmanship Standard for Surface Mount Technology / NASA-STD-8739.3, Soldered Electrical Connections • IPC J-STD-001CS (the Space Addendum to IPC J-STD-001C) to be re-balloted in October • Anticipated completion of balloting and release of standard in November • Upon release of IPC J-STD-001CS our intent is to cancel NASA-STDs 8739.1, 8739.2, and 8739.3
