    2. There are wafer stops in-between the first and second stages that will raise and lower to allow the wafers to be shuttled between stages. Each stage has a set of rollers that are controlled independently, this way stage one and stage two rollers can be activated to move the wafers from the loading stage onto the stand-by stage, then stage two and stage three rollers can be activated to move the wafers from the stand-by stage onto the transfer stage .
