  4. Solutions • Able to use supporting documentation • Staff Development • Took time to write on system was able to deliver straight away – able to bend some rules!

  5. Lessons for Enable • “Operationalising the commitment to flexible curriculum” Mike Hamlyn 2009 • Although structure of rules are uniform, behaviour is variable • Need clear routes to Staff Development within CDD processes • Providing information in supporting flexibility is important
