Annex A - Evacuation Cycle Evacuee Processing Center DSS Processing teams will be sent in for registration Union Passenger Terminal Evacuee Processing Center Hospitals and care centers will evacuate by pre-arranged transportation. DHH is managing this activity Lakefront Airport Hospitals & Care Centers The Union Passenger Terminal will be opened as an Evacuee Processing Center Evac Pick-up Locations RTA State or Regional Shelter Union Passenger Terminal Citizens arrive at 17 pick-up locations and fill out paper tickets. Once completed they will be transported to the UPT from various RTA Pick-up locations throughout the city Shelter EVAC Bus AMTRAK Residences Needs Medical Resources (NMR) Security NOPD Nat. Guard Homeland Security Command Cell will be activated Medical Unit Security and Medical will be put in place prior to evacuation operations Ambulance or Transport Spl Needs Shelter EVAC Bus Senior Centers Special Needs Screening Ambulance RTA Ambulance
