  9. Duparquet (Priority) Property Highlights • The Duparquet property is located north of the Porcupine-Destor fault, within the Achean greenstone belt that stretches from Timmins Ontario through to Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec • Tres-Or's Duparquet property extends 3 to 15 km east of the Beattie and Donchester past producing mines (currently being re-evaluated by Clifton Star Resources Inc. and Osisko Mining Corporation with a 120,000 m drill program • Encompasses a land position of 1,515 hectares of claims • Land largely unexplored; historic drill hole on the property yielded : (1.7 g/t Au / 1.16m) • Over 85 million ounces of gold have been produced from this prolific gold-bearing belt, with majority of the production associated with the Porcupine-Destor fault system • Exploration has commenced with a ground magnetic survey. Follow-up field work will include prospecting, geologic mapping and sampling in order to define priority drill targets

  16.  The Guigues Kimberlite located in Notre Dame du Nord Quebec is part of Tres-Or’s Quebec Diamond Property and was reportedly discovered in 1983 by De Beers, before their discovery of the Victor Kimberlite near Attawapiskat in northern Ontario in 1987. The Guigues claims were dropped well before De Beers returned to Victor and conducted more intense testing which proved to be Ontario’s first diamond mine. No comprehensive microdiamond testing using modern caustic fusion processes is known to have been attempted at Tres-Or’s Guigues Kimberlite. Temagami Diamond Project/ Guigues Pipe • The Temagami Diamond Project in Ontario covers a large land package covering favorable structures believed to host diamond-bearing kimberlites based upon positive indicator mineral results and high-priority magnetic anomalies indicative of kimberlite. • The Temagami North Project includes the Lapaointe Pipe, over 22 hetares in size and large land package in and around the New Liskeard/Cobalt area where more than a dozen kimberlite pipes occur, half of which are diamond-bearing. • Notre Dame du Nord claim package includes 4 kimberlite pipes and 2 kimberlite bodies discovered by drilling.
