  11. Wilhelm Wagenfeld WG 24 Bauhaus Lamp • The WG 24 Bauhaus lamp designed by Wilhelm Wagenfeld is an iconic piece from the Weimar Bauhaus period. Designed in 1924 with industrial designer Karl Jucker, the WG 24 is one of the best known desk lamps of the 20th century.  The WG 24 was designed and produced after the WA 24 which was developed in the Bauhaus metalwerks.  This particular lamp has been manufactured with extreme attention to detail and quality. The polished glass base of the lamp and chrome are superb. • Karl Wagenfeld was one of the most prolific designers of the Bauhaus era.  His contributions to design included many household goods that are still in high demand today.  His ultra-clean design has clearly passed the test of time as witnessed by this ever popular desk lamp. • Made in Italy. • Dimensions: H 14 ¼"  Dia 7" • Materials: Base and column in polished glass.  Lamp shade with blown opaline glass on inside, clear glass on outside.  Maximum recommended wattage: 60W • $349.00 USD
