Apocalipsis 8:1-13 1Cuando el Cordero abrió el séptimosello, hubosilencio en el cielocomopor media hora. 2Y vi a los sieteángelesqueestán de pie delante de Dios, y se les dieronsietetrompetas.  3Otro ángelvino y se paró ante el altar con un incensario de oro, y se le dio mucho inciensoparaque lo añadiera a lasoraciones de todos los santossobre el altar de oroqueestabadelante del trono.

  28. 4Y de la mano del ángel subió ante Dios el humo del incienso con las oraciones de los santos. 5Y el ángel tomó el incensario, lo llenó con el fuego del altar y lo arrojó a la tierra, y hubo truenos, ruidos, relámpagos y un terremoto. 6Entonces los siete ángeles que tenían las siete trompetas se prepararon para tocarlas. 7El primero tocó la trompeta, y vino granizo y fuego mezclados con sangre, y fueron arrojados a la tierra; y se quemó la tercera parte de la tierra, se quemó la tercera parte de los árboles y se quemó toda la hierba verde.

  29. 8El segundo ángel tocó la trompeta, y algo como una gran montaña ardiendo en llamas fue arrojado al mar, y la tercera parte del mar se convirtió en sangre.  9Y murió la tercera parte de los seres que estaban en el mar y que tenían vida; y la tercera parte de los barcos fue destruida.  10El tercer ángel tocó la trompeta, y cayó del cielo una gran estrella, ardiendo como una antorcha, y cayó sobre la tercera parte de los ríos y sobre los manantiales de las aguas.

  30. 11Y el nombre de la estrella es Ajenjo; y la tercera parte de las aguas se convirtió en ajenjo, y muchos hombres murieron por causa de las aguas, porque se habían vuelto amargas. 12El cuarto ángel tocó la trompeta, y fue herida la tercera parte del sol, la tercera parte de la luna y la tercera parte de las estrellas, para que la tercera parte de ellos se oscureciera y el día no resplandeciera en su tercera parte, y asimismo la noche. 13Entonces miré, y oí volar a un águila en medio del cielo, que decía a gran voz: ¡Ay, ay, ay, de los que habitan en la tierra, a causa de los toques de trompeta que faltan, que los otros tres ángeles están para tocar!

Revelation 8:1-13 1When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. 2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets. 3 Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel’s hand.

  32. 5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. 6 So the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. 7 The first angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up. 8 Then the second angel sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood.

  33. 9 And a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.    10 Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. 11 The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter. 12 Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.

  34. 13 And I looked, and I heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, “Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!”

And the dead in Christ will rise first.

  41. Joshua 6:4-5 4 And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark. But the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. 5 It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him.”

Apocalipsis 8:7-12 7El primero tocó la trompeta, y vino granizo y fuego mezclados con sangre, y fueron arrojados a la tierra; y se quemó la tercera parte de la tierra, se quemó la tercera parte de los árboles y se quemó toda la hierba verde. 8El segundo ángel tocó la trompeta, y algo como una gran montaña ardiendo en llamas fue arrojado al mar, y la tercera parte del mar se convirtió en sangre.
