  2. Plan of Action for Social Development in Odisha • Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation or BIPF is a generous organization that is focused towards social development in Odisha. Mostly in the rural areas, this organization is having its projects running to bring transformation in the socio-economic conditions. Its four major focused areas include Education, Women & Children, Skill Development, and Water & Sanitation. • Social Work in Rural Communities of Odisha by BIPF: • Education – The initiatives taken by BIPF is continuously trying to eradicate the illiteracy issues in its operational areas. In fact, it is the base for bringing gradual changes in the rural communities. Different scholarship programs and Chinmaya Vidyalaya Therubali, Rayagada along with liberal support to schools are the initiatives. • Women & Children – Right from spreading awareness to taking adequate steps to condemn possible vulnerable situations planned at BIPF. Project Unnati and Project Arogya Dhara really brought significant results till date. Ila Panda Gynecology Ward, Janani Express, and other programs through Partnership with Pathfinder International are really beneficial.
