    2. The MIS Exam Is worth 100 marks. Time allowed is 2 hours. Covers the theory and prac. components of the subject.

    3. Theory Questions on the MIS Exam The theory component of the exam is worth 75% of the marks. There are 2 types of theory questions:

    4. Multiple Choice Questions on the MIS Exam There are 25 multiple choice questions valued at 2% each. The questions cover all aspects of the theory component of the subject. Example Which of the following is an organisational result from an effective and efficient supply chain management system? A. Decrease the power of its buyers B. Create entry barriers thereby reducing the threat of new entrants C. Increase efficiencies while seeking a competitive advantage through cost leadership D. All of the given answers Revision approach The questions come from the same test bank as the online quiz questions. So go back over the online quiz questions. Read each relevant chapter and section of a chapter in the textbook.

    5. Short Answer Questions on the MIS Exam There are 2 questions with multiple components. The questions could cover all aspects of the theory component of the subject. Example List the four primary sources of low-quality information. Assess the impact of low-quality information on an organization and the benefits of high-quality information on an organization. Revision approach Read each relevant chapter, section of a chapter and Appendix in the textbook. Complete the short answer theory questions on the practise exam available on the MIS web site.

    6. Practical Questions on the MIS Exam The practical component of the exam is worth 25% of the marks. There are two practical questions. There are 3 types of practical questions possible:
