This research explores the effects of various natural antioxidants on cellular health, highlighting the potential benefits for disease prevention and overall well-being. Methodologies included in vitro assays to evaluate cell viability and oxidative stress markers. Results demonstrated that specific antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E, significantly improved cellular resilience against oxidative damage. The study concludes that incorporating these antioxidants into the diet may support cellular health and longevity. Acknowledgements are extended to faculty and peers for their support throughout the research process.
