It’s Simply Unproductive

How much time do you waste on social media comparing yourself to others? How many times have you created stories in your mind about someone else’s relationship and assumed they are happy based on what you see in pictures? How much time have you spent thinking about and comparing yourself to a person you’ve never met? How much time have you spent stressing about the things you don’t have instead of appreciating the things you DO? These are all rhetorical questions, but questions that need to be answered nonetheless. Think about how much time and emotional energy you have waisted and how that time could be better spent practicing gratitude or creating something life- altering.
