  23. PRINT_JOB_TRACKER In order by Printed Date/Time ClinLocation or Copies To Report Location (SDS, Fax, Printer) Patient Name Person who Printed

  24. DATE/TIME PARAMETERS Change Starting time and Ending time to manipulate what data is returned on your report

  25. PRINT_JOB_TRACKER_BY_PRINTEE If you know you have issues with a print set performed by one person.

  26. Report Printed Date Parameter • This comes in handy especially when someone chooses “Printers Only”, instead of “All” when printing.  This way we know what went out to clients, and what needs the extra help (sending SDS/Fax).

  27. Report Printed Date Parameter • Another scenario might be when you have printer jams/issues and want to make sure everything that was in the print job actually printed.

  28. Workflow example • Secretary types report – pathologist review & sign out • Reports print to printer • Secretary realizes that she selected “Printers Only” instead of “all” • we have many clients that want SDS and a hardcopy  (or other multiple combination of Print jobs) • without the print job tracker we would never know what cases were sent with the “printers only” selected, when they should have gone out in multiple ways. • You, are correct, it doesn’t PROVE that the case went through SDS or faxed, but it shows that it was scheduled to do so, and recorded as such in the Tracking tab of each case.

  29. PRINT_JOB_TRACKER_INTERFACE Listed by Interface Date/Time Can use to prove cases are being sent to the interface

  30. Interface Date Parameter For the interface job tracker you have to use a parameter for interface date/time.  We update our interface clients automatically by sending them through an SDS account (orphan account?) Nobody looks at the SDS cases, but it sets our cases to final print, and it’s easy because we just set it up for each interface ClinLocation.
