This does not need brain surgery, but substantive and real changes in how we relate to ourselves and to each other, outside the boxes we create to simply our understanding of each other in our beautiful diversity.

  10. Transformation is an inside job Meaningful transformation starts within each person and is transmitted outwards. What we see on the outside of a leader through actions, behaviours and ways of being, are fleeting reflections of what is really within.
