2. The Contents The basic idea is to create a hotel chain franchise to reproduce an innovative social business experience which gives opportunities for qualified jobs and decent work conditions to those which are disadvantaged in accessing and remaining in the labour market

3. Needs and Target group People which are excluded from the labour market because of their suffering from different disabilities can become protagonist of their life, throughout a “decent” work and a social carreer which means to realise themselves professionally and economically

4. Main Objectives to promote a new culture of social entrepreneurship and of hospitality through socialco-operatives type B (job creation for people with different disabilities or social exclusion) to jump from exclusion to entrepreneurship To realise a Hotel Chain Franchise
