  2. National Health Education Goal By the year 2012, at lease 70% of thai children and youth (age of 6-15 yrs.) have knowledge and health behavior according to 10 national health recommendations

  4. Ten National Health Recommendations 1. Keep the body and all personal belongings clean. 2. Keep the teeth healthy and brush the teeth correctly and daily. 3. Wash the hands thoroughly before meals and after using toilet. 4. Eat cooked, clean, and nonpoisonous food. Avoid strong taste and colorful food. 5. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, narcotics, gambling, and promiscuous sexual relations. 6. Create warm family relationship. 7. Be cautious to avoid accidents. 8. Take physical exercise regularly and have a health check annually. 9. Keep the mind delighted. 10. Contribute to public affairs and social contribution.
