ICT GI Responsibilities • Receive and validate Interconnection Applications • Determine if changes are a material modification • Provide and execute Interconnection Study Agreements
ICT GI Responsibilities • Perform Studies: • Feasibility Studies • System Impact Studies • Optional Interconnection Studies • Coordinate such studies with any Affected Systems
ICT GI Responsibilities • Provide all notices to the customer as required by the Large Generation Interconnection Procedures (LGIP) • Respond to any inquiries by the Interconnection Customer • Maintain, administer, and post a queue for Interconnection Study requests
ICT GI Responsibilities • Review and validate the results of the Facility Study • Prepare the Facility Study Report • Classify upgrades as base plan or supplemental regarding Attachment T to the Tariff
Entergy GI Responsibilities • Provide data and information required to perform the Interconnection Studies • Tender, enter into, and file all Interconnection Agreements • Enter into 3 party Facility Study Agreements with ICT and Customer • Perform Facility Studies
Interconnection Requests • Currently 12 active Interconnection Requests in the queue • The ICT has entered into study agreements for 11 of them • Status • 2 – Set to begin • 7 – System Impact Study • 1 – Facility Study • 1 – IOA execution pending
