  1. The Czech Republic RECIPE Sirloin in cream sauce (6 portions)

  2. Ingredients:

  3. Clean the meat and interlayer with the bacon.

  4. Add the grated vegetables

  5. Sprinkle with the chopped onion.

  6. Add salt

  7. pepper

  8. and spices.

  9. Then pour over with the melted butter and leave for a day in the fridge.

  10. Next day pour oil and a little water over the meat

  11. and braise in the oven until soft.

  12. Take the meat out and remove the spices.

  13. Put the pot containing the vegetables on the stove and bring to the boil.

  14. Add 2 tablespoons of plain flour mixed with water then simmer.

  15. Pour in the cream and cook on a medium heat.

  16. After a few minutes liquidize the mixture.

  17. Add salt

  18. lemon juice

  19. and sugar for taste.

  20. Slice the meat into portions

  21. return to the sauce and heat up everything together.

  22. Serve with a slice of lemon, cranberry sauce and dumplings.
