Lesson study session 5 Measuring impact • Read this blog post by Stephen Tierney about his school’s use of lesson study. leadinglearner.me/2014/06/07/lesson-study-3-heads-are-better-than-1 • As you read the post, consider the difference between your baseline test and the final assessment to show what impact the strategies have had on students. • If there hasn’t been a positive impact for all of the targeted students, why might this be and how could you address this in future planning?
