Empowering Women Leaders: Join the BCC Mentoring Programme

The BCC Mentoring Programme aims to empower 10-12 talented women to become leaders in their fields. This initiative focuses on building strong relationships between mentors and mentees, highlighting successful case studies, and serving as a model for other European countries. Participants will gain networking opportunities, receive media exposure, and be encouraged to take pride in their involvement. We are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented Project Coordinator with English skills to oversee the programme from December 2010 to approximately December 2011, while enjoying professional development and a competitive stipend.

GOAL • Help 10-12 women talents to become leaders • Establishing deep relationship among mentors and mentees • Women scouting • Successful case studies • Example for other countries in Europe • Inspiring the business market • Networking opportunities • People in the CZ must speak about this programme • Participants must be enthusiastic and proud for being chosen for this programme • Media partner MF DNES

  3. BCC is looking for a Project co-ordinator • team oriented person • dynamic person • independent person • with English communications skills • Ideally somebody who is working on her/his thesis

  4. Job description • Co-ordinating the Mentoring project (office support, complete production, communication with media, reporting) from December 2010 – approx. December 2011 • Flexible working hours (estimation 2-3 months work) • Reporting to executive director
