Have a look at some of Claude Monet's early Paintings

Claude Monet had several mentors in his early years that taught him in the development of his artistic style. It wasn't until he met Eugéne Boudin that he use charcoal caricatures and not oil paint. One of his early style can be seen in his first notable painting, Camile and The Woman in the Garden( buy Claude Monet paintings from Blouinart). Even though he was not a traditional impressionist, yet these works bring out the style of natural light.

  1. Have a look at some of Claude Monet's early Paintings Claude Monet had several mentors in his early years that taught him in the development of his artistic style. It wasn't until he met EugéneBoudin that he use charcoal caricatures and not oil paint. One of his early style can be seen in his first notable painting, Camile and The Woman in the Garden( buy Claude Monet paintings from Blouinart). 2. Women in the Garden (1866-67) Women within the Garden was painted at Ville d'Avraypotraying his future woman Camille. The goal of this large-scale work (100" by 81"), where meticulously composed was to render the results of true out of doors lightweight, instead of regard conventions of modeling or material. From the sparkles of daylight that pierce the foliage of the trees to delicate shadows and also the heat flesh tones which will be seen through her sleeve, Monet details the behavior of natural lightweight within the scene. In January 1867, his friend and fellow Impressionist Frederic Bazille purchased the work.

  3. Westminster Bridge (aka The Thames below Westminster) (1871) Painted on the mound in London, Monet's Westminster Bridge is one in all the best samples of his work throughout the time he and his family were in time period refuge. This easy, asymmetrical composition is balanced by the horizontal bridge, the boats floating upon the waves with the vertical wharf and ladder within the foreground. The whole scene is dominated by a layer of mist containing violet, gold, pink, and green, making a dense atmosphere that renders the design in distant, blurred shapes.

  4. Boulevard des Capucines (1873) A scene of the hustle and bustle of Parisian life is captured in this artwork from the studio of Monet's friend, the artist Felix Nadar. Applying little or no detail, Monet uses short, fast brushstrokes to form the "impression" of individuals within the town alive with movement. Critic Leroy wasn't happy with these abstracted crowds, describing them as "black tongue-lickings." Monet painted 2 views from this location, with this one trying towards the Place First State l'Opera. The primary Impressionist exhibition was control in Nadar's studio, and rather fitly, Monet enclosed this piece within the show. You can buy Claude Monet paintings from many online art galleries.
