  2. BoldLeads Reviews 2018 • Brian has no intention of stopping BoldLeads... We've been members of BL for a little over 3 years now and have no intention of stopping any time soon. We've closed right around 20 deals but it's increasing exponentially because we're building up our database and the follow up we do. I'm pretty excited about it just because of the ROI. -Brian Thomas

  3. BoldLeads Reviews 2018 • Tim's 2018 BoldLeads Experience I started with BL around January 20th this year. For the first 6 weeks I was a little skeptical about the quality of leads although in my first 2 days I began working with a seller with a home valued at around 900k, their listing will be live by around middle of July. I am only working with sellers. I currently have 4 sellers I am working with and expect to see a further 3 turn into listings giving me around 6-7 listings this summer from my leads. What I like about BL's is the quality of information which I am provided with and the speed at which that information about lead is delivered to me. It has taken me some time to get a handle on the funnels and that is still a work in progress due to the number of leads I have coming in but I really like the way I can edit the funnels to suit my needs! -Tim Bartlett

  4. BoldLeads Reviews 2018 • What Angie thinks of BoldLeads... I signed up with BoldLeads at the end of January, even though our budget was super tight. The training is spot on, the customer service has been super helpful every time I have had a question and the platform is easy to navigate. I haven't had a closing yet but not because I haven't found interested buyers. The market is so crazy right now that we have been outbid on multiple homes or we are waiting for the right home to come on. I have multiple buyers that I am working with and have even gotten a referral from a lead. It works!! I'd say the best part is being able to tweak my own page, texts and emails so that it suits my personality, and the guarantee that no other Realtor can jump into my zip code.   5. BoldLeads Reviews 2018 • Bill's BoldLeads Experience: "Great ROI" I signed up with BoldLeads around the end of March 2018. On April 30, 2018 a got my first seller lead signed and listed!! We have officially closed the transaction on July 20, 2018. Within a matter of a few months I have successfully signed a listing agreement and closed the transaction. I have been pretty happy with the results from BoldLeads "sellers" program and have even upped my advertising budget for seller leads. This one deal has paid my BoldLeads fees for the entire year and those that will come, will all be icing on the cake and leading to a great ROI. -Bill Pufall
