  2. The defendant can argue the main point of the case to the judge because that is the main thing they need to know to make a decision on who to blame for the elements.

  3. Doctor refuses to give patient treatment because he is too busy or just forgets about him = The patient dies due to lack of treatment because of the doctor’s negligence- Doctor and hospital is responsible
