  3. It determines the suitability of the applicant; verifies information on the application form of the applicant and to obtain other information pertinent to the decision to employ.

  5. It examines the thoroughness of the applicant while he/she is being interviewed under stress based on the information previously the applicant was given. “HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY”.

  7. It analyzes the reaction of the applicant in the future critical situation for the firm/ company to choose suitable one for appointment.

  8. Deception Detection Techniques

  9. It determines the thoroughness of the applicant on the way he/she denies and confirms the information in the application form with the use of some devices during the interview.

  10. Financial and Lifestyle Inquiry

  11. It gathers information on the income and mode of living of the applicant. It secures the company or firm from the thieves.

  12. Undercover Investigation

  13. It obtains information for criminal prosecution in the way that the agent should place in a role which his/her identity must remain unknown.

  14. Exit Interview

  15. It gives departing employees an opportunity to list grievences; offers security managers an opportunity to learn of problems not previously unknown or continue and improve their legal obligation in safeguarding the confidential company information.
