We use this to conduct a concentrated effort to match their profiles with your requirements with a view to finding the right candidate. It is pertinent to mention here that most of the private employers especially in the financial/industrial sector in India are currently paying very aggressive compensations (including bonuses and stock options) and in order to attract the right candidate prospective employers may have to be flexible in this aspect. FEES The professional fee for this recruitment assignment shall be discussed by both the parties. Detailed estimates for this will be given once the overall strategy and plan is finalized and approved.
