  2. Open Data Open Data is unprocessed, machine-readable, free accessdata released by public administrations, organizations and private individuals. The legal rights to use open data is provided by the licenses e.g. Creative Commons Nimeä 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).

  3. Collaboration of four universities with distinct themes. Objective: the creation of collective operating model utilizing open data and digitalization. Started in September 2017, continues until August 2019.
