ICT TSR Responsibilities • Maintain, Administer, and Post for Long-Term Transmission Service Requests • Long-term service requests (≥1 year) or requests outside the Study Horizon (18 months) • Schedule, send, receive, and validate all Study Agreements • System Impact Study Agreement (SISA) • Facilities Study Agreement (FSA) • Affected System Agreements • Respond to any inquiries by the Transmission Service Customer via phone, email, and IssueTrak.
ICT TSR Responsibilities • Perform System Impact Study • Post all study reports (SISR & FSR) and documentation as per Entergy’s Tariff • Provide all notices to the customer as required
ICT TSR Responsibilities • Review and validate the results of the Facilities Study • Classify upgrades as Base Plan or Supplemental as per Attachment T of Entergy’s Tariff • Coordinate studies with any Affected Systems
Entergy TSR Responsibilities • Review System Impact Study Report (SISR) • Tender, enter into, and file all Transmission Service Agreements • Enter into 3rd party Facilities Study Agreement (FSA) with ICT and Customer • Perform Facilities Study
Transmission Service Requests (Since 2007 Summit) • ICT has sent out 248 SISAs • ICT has performed and posted 154 SISRs on time • ICT has 17 SIS in process • Entergy has performed 48 FSRs on time • Entergy has 5 FS in process
