HINGHAM PUBLIC SCHOOLS Introduction The CAT Basic Battery with InView The Terra Nova California Achievement Test (CAT) Basic Battery: Comprehensive, standardized, norm-referenced achievement test Selected response format Reading, language arts and mathematics scores 2000 norm group and consistent with national and state standards The InView: Academic aptitude and cognitive abilities Subtests on verbal reasoning, sequences, analogies and quantitative reasoning Anticipated achievement scores compared to obtained achievement scores by combining CAT and InView
