  20. MAXWELLGEAR DESIGN COMPETITION Disappointed by the Maxwell gear available in the book store? Want to put your stamp on this year's merchandise? Submit your art for the Maxwell Gear Design Competition!

  21. What do I have to do? Submit your design by 4pm on Monday, October 1st electronically to maxpacexec@gmail.com or in hard copy to the PAIA Office.

  22. What do I win? In addition to having your design on the backs of current and future Maxwell Mafia members, you will get one free item with your design on it

  23. What if I'm creative, but not artistic? Team up! 3 people per team maximum

  24. Who's choosing the winner? An online poll of designs will survey all MAXPAC & IRSA members

  25. What else? (aka: the fine print) No submissions will be accepted after the deadline. By submitting your design to this contest, you forfeit all legal rights to your art. If your design wins, it may be edited to meet printing needs without your permission. Ultimately, a minimum of 30 orders for an item are necessary in order to cover the cost of production, so there is a (hopefully slim!) chance your design will not be printed.
