CIS Internship Experience at McMurry University - Summer 2007

CIS Internship • Essential Duties • Customer Service & Support • PC Hardware/Software Support – troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing and repairing • Printer Support – Installing, diagnosing and troubleshooting networked and non-networked printers • Assist in dealing with student/staff/faculty computing needs (i.e.: changing computer passwords, creating/modifying/troubleshooting network accounts) • Provide administrative support for Director of Customer Service • Provide support and backup for Helpdesk Coordinator • Install and troubleshoot network hardware/software
