The scheme involves course leaders facilitating student representatives' input, elections by Students' Union, promotional campaign, training, & monitoring attendance. Chairs of Boards provide briefings on roles & monitor representatives' attendance at Study/CLG Boards.

  1. Student Representation Scheme 2013/14

  2. Basically a ‘rollover’ year! • Course leaders will • Provide an input on the scheme for each year group • Allow time for S.R. elections

  3. Students’ Union will • Provide a promotional campaign • Promote the support available through the SU Website • Contact all elected SRs to provide dates of training • Monitor and record attendance at student representation training

  4. Chairs of Boards will • Provide a briefing on the workings of the Boards of Study / Campus Life Groups of which student representatives are members • They will also provide a reminder of the S.R. role • Monitor and record student representative attendance at Boards of Studies / CLG.
