INTAS in brief • Set up in 1993 • By the European Community and like-minded countries • Promotes international co-operation with scientists from the NIS and the INTAS member states INTAS in FP6: “(...) co-operation activities with Russiaand the other NIScountries will be carried out in particular through the INTAS structure set up jointly by the Community and the MemberStates."(Decision n° 1513/2002/EC, EP and Council, OJ L 232, 29.08.2002, p.1)
