BODY COMPOSITION

Body composition varies between genders, with recommended body fat ranges being 15-30% for females and 10-25% for males. Less than these ranges is considered low, while over them is deemed high. Additionally, Body Mass Index (BMI) is a crucial measure that helps assess body size based on height and weight. To calculate BMI, multiply your weight by 703, multiply your height in inches by itself, and divide the first result by the second. A normal BMI indicates a healthy weight proportionate to height.
